WHAT can be returned?

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. Beyond this time frame, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are non-refundable. Return shipping cost has to be covered by customer.
CREDIT for returns?
For returned items, we typically provide customers with a refund in the original form of payment. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will initiate the refund. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Instore return option?
Yes, we do offer an instore return option. However do note the return steps above and contact us before you bring the part / s for return.

Packing materials?
While it is not mandatory, we highly recommend returning the items in their original packaging, along with all the included accessories and documentation. However, if the original packaging is unavailable, please ensure that the items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during return shipping.
